Cardiff Metropolitan University
Diploma in Dietetics
The programme is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in dietetics; it is approved by the Health Professions Council.
MSc Advanced Dietetic Practice
Students must be registered as a Dietitian with the Health Professions Council and must have completed two years full-time equivalent practice as a Dietitian prior to registration for the MSc.

MSc Postgraduate Diploma Nutrition and Dietetics
This is a professional two-year degree programme which provides you with an award in Nutrition and Dietetics together with eligibility for registration as a dietitian with the Health Professions Council (UK).

Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
Level 2 Award in Healthier Food and Special Diets
The course aims to provide catering staff with information and advice on how to prepare nutritious food, develop healthy recipes and to respond to customer concerns and questions.
The British Nutrition Foundation (BNF)
Online entry level training course in healthy eating and nutrition. The course provides an introduction to the area of healthy eating and different aspects of nutrition through six online training modules. It is aimed at health workers, pre-school workers, caterers and trainers, as well as all those involved in food or interested in the topic. Upon completion of online assessment, participants receive a certificate of completion.
